Tragically, Leslie's hair looks frizzy and dry, her red lipstick makes her look kinda washed out and she's suffering from shiny forehead. But, standing next to Olivia Wilde, who wouldn't look a little more "less than perfect"? Really, she's still gorgeous.
This is a moment where you can be glad you are petite and have little shoulders going for you. I like the way this look works on her, but it would never work on me. Take wide shoulders, a small chest, and put anything on top of the shoulders and you will get a football player every time.
